Seriously is there a Way to havwe Instagram not have your Account disabled Instantly?

So i am a very SImple Person i have obviously a "Prfoessional" Instagram Account for my Art and Creative Needs but also a Horny Account for following NSFW Artists and Gooners and such

Now my Main Thing which is very annoying to me is that my Instagram Account gets disabled immidially even tho i act Normal and wait usually a Week only liking Cat Images and such and appearing like a "Normal User" i even used a Gmail Adress to seem more Trustworthy to whatever AI is ranking me ugh

But sadly it doesnt seem like my Method Works anymore
Does anyone have Tips or so as random as it is on this Forum i do just wanna figure out how to keep it seperate without being shown as "Weird" and such especially since my Instagram Account also has a ton of People on the LGBTQ+ Spectrum who dont really wanna see like my Lewd Art and such which i very much understand

For any Tips itd be very Happy!

EDIT: What i did is basically just follow like itd say roughly 50 People today on that Account that has been mostly dorment for a Month where only a few Pics and People have been liked and followed with and now i just dmed an Account and boom flagged instantly like WTF its so annoying honestly

Following 50 people in one day on a newer account is probably what triggered it. You should slow down and spread your actions out. IG is much stricter now, even if the account has been sitting for a while.
 
Same experience here. Sudden bursts of follows, likes, or DMs after inactivity seem to triggered flags. Keeping the account active consistently and naturally has worked better for me.
 
Even older accounts can get flagged if activity suddenly increases. Instagram's anti spam detection has become much stricter lately. Keeping things natural completing the profile enabling 2FA and avoiding too many follows or DMs at once may help reduce unnecessary flags.
 
One important thing to note is; you need to make sure that you are using a device that has the latest IOS/Android version. If the device is on an older version, that can trigger a suspension.
 
The issue is probably the behavior, not Gmail. A dormant account that suddenly follows around 50 people and then sends a DM can look suspicious, even if the account is a month old. Warmup is not just waiting and liking random cat pictures. The account needs a normal pattern that matches what it will actually be used for. I’d suggest slow it down a lot: complete the profile, follow fewer accounts per day, avoid DMs early, and don’t make sudden jumps in activity.

And if you only have two accounts and want to completely differentiate them, you can try anti-detect browser. Many of them offer two profiles for a permanent free trial, which should be enough for your needs. However, you still need to maintain normal browsing behavior; suddenly following 50 accounts would undoubtedly be suspicious to the platform.

The main issue here is device and IP footprinting. Instagram easily connects your professional account and your alt account if they share the same IP or device ID.

Going from dormant to following 50 people in one day and instantly sending a DM is a massive red flag for their current AI filters. If you try again, make sure to use mobile data (not your home Wi-Fi) to sign up, and limit your actions to just 5-10 follows a day for the first couple of weeks to build up trust.
