But then it says essentially "after posted, no refunds"
If it's just your work / service that's been applied to the post and it gets deleted /removed -- You will not give the client a new post free?

This service was great a while ago, now OP vanished, nobody answers here anymore and posts are unstable, you buy and they take days to delivery. Sometimes they just cancel the order after days. Upvotes are also very unstable, they just drop after hours. Sad

Service promises definitely more than it's capable of provide. I should have go for a chargeback since they refused the refund at all but they wasted enough of my time right now so wasting more is not worth it.
In shortcut: I had not a single successful comment or post after spending that $89 for a subscription.
after 3 weeks I will definitely say to anyone considering crowdreply: do not even try that.
