I've noticed a lot of creators launching LinkedIn newsletters, but I'm wondering if they're still growing as fast as they did when the feature was newer.

LinkedIn newsletters can work although they do not automatically translate into success. The individuals who experience success with them tend to be highlly focused on particular topics nd bring value consistently. It might take some time before u grow an audience but having ur content available consistently helps build trust.
