Anyone had any luck with lawyer that can help to restore terminated youtube channel? I am from europe.

Almost always it's just way simpler and cheaper to just buy an old account and begin again bro. Unless it's a channel with 5 or 6 figures revenue, you'll invest a lot of money to something uncertain
 
its an account with 124 k subscribers and it made 30$ a month but its not the money I need from channel but my subscribers since I have patreon that has been stagnating since the termination

If the channel has real history and value an appeal is worth exploring first starting over can make sense for smaller channels rebuilding also takes time.
 
I have a small channel but can't post any link from old channel otherwise the channel gets terminated again and again.
 
In europe youtube is classified as a Large Online Platform under the DSA, it must give a clear, specific when it terminates an account, and must provide a genuine mechanism to contest the decision. Your lawyer can surely help in this
 
The problem is that I don't have a lawyer yet, I am looking for one. Thanks in advance if anyone know anyone who does have positive experience and can give contacts.
 
Worth trying r/Youtube's official support escalation or a formal appeal citing GDPR/EU data & platform accountability rules first lawyers who specialize in this are rare and expensive, better as a last resort if the appeal fails.
 
Check with your country's bar association or law society for a referral. They'll be in a much better position to point you toward someone who handles this stuff regularly, and the lawyer won't be on the other end of the continent.

Thank you so much,I will contact local lawyer association to see if they know anyone who can help. Didn't think about this option tho.
 
Google has no obligation to host your content though - I find it hard to see what case you think you have. They are a private business.
 
If the appeal is denied, lawyers can use European Union regulations to force YouTube to be transparent about the reasons for removing the channel or face administrative sanctions.
 
This is true but that only helps you understand what happened, it does not compensate you or restore your channel.

From what I've seen, lawyers are usually only helpful in very specific situations, especially if there was a clear legal issue involved. For most terminations, people tend to have better luck exhausting YouTube's official appeal process first before considering legal action.

using an old account wont negate the chance of being acought again .

You're totally right bro, and i didn't intend to mean that at all. What i meant was that you are less likely to have problems with older account, and depending on the content, it will perform better than a newer one.
 
Very much depends on why the channel was terminated. If it's a false positive or some sort of mistake on YT's part, it might be best to exhause the appeals process before considering a lawyer. That being said, if the termination is final and the channel represents a significant business or source of income, you can consider consulting a lawyer with experience in these platform disputes. Though it's not as if that's entirely guaranteed either. Can't say I know specifically where to find such a lawyer in EU. If it was copyright related (IP) in the UK I might know where you could go but yeah.

I agree with VapeVendy. I don't know if it's worth the time and money to sue Google for the removal of your channel. But if you must, check out the regulations of EU regarding these things as they can be more stringent in the US for example.

legal advice may come in handy but you should first collect your document and study how to file an appeal on youTube. Legal actions do not usualy solve channel dispute.
