Just wondering if anyone here is doing animated content on YouTube which is actually very popular at the moment. Videos like “you’re working for the cartel” are getting much views but the competition is also very high.

Is anyone here actually getting a large amount of views with those type of videos?

Yes, some people get good views, but it’s very competitive. It only works if the hook and story are strong, not just the niche.
 
Some channels do get viral views with animated story videos, but results are not stable for everyone. It mostly depends on how strong and unique the story hook is, not just the animation style.
 
Yeah this niche is still working but it is mostly about storytelling and retention rather than just animation quality the channels that grow usually post consistently and test different hooks until something sticks competition is high so results are not as easy as they look
 
Some creators are getting good views, but it’s not consistent. It mainly works when the story and hook are really strong.

Yes, animated content is very engaging and is often targeted at younger audiences. I have an animation channel with fairly good and stable viewership
 
Yes the issue is to retain the views as they can come fast and go just as fast again. How do you keep these views is the real deal? You need to create a adictive animated youtube video like a cartoon type for kids or something funny

Strong titles and thumbnails are doing most of the heavy lifting. The animation is just supporting content in many cases.
 
I do animated content only yes. Wojaks mostly or variations of strange related things from the same universe. I'm just building an animation app that i can work in as everything else is either feature lacking or too expansive, or shit atm. I miss doing animations though, i managed to do a few good ones, and its much more fun animating than programming! :D

Hopefully 6 months from now, and i'll be working on animations more again.
 
The niche is competitive, but there's still room if you bring fresh concepts instead of copying trending formats.
 
I used to have an animation channel that got a lot of views. However, its growth gradually slowed down, and now the view count is very low.

It is clear that this form of content is also receiving much attention. While there is certainly no lack of demand it seems as though gaining recognition is the harddest part. I m interested in hearing the opinions of individuals who have maintained it nd whether or not the views remain constant.
 
I think the topic matters more than the animation. If the story is interesting and people keep watching it till the end then animated videos can still get a lot of views even in a competitive niche.

It is clear that such videos tend to be viewed quite often although it is hard to say whether every channel manages to do it with success. It seems that timing nd narrative along with engaging viewers until the very end play a greater role than just the way something is aniimated.
 
I have seen some channels grow with animated videos, but it takes time. Storytelling and keeping viewers engaged are probably the most important parts.
 
Animated channels can still get huge viewership numbers, but the era of effortless growth for them has pretty much come to an end. Success requires not just good artificial intelligence animation; success means having a great gimmick, a great story to tell, and great style.
 
Yes, people are still achieving good results with faceless animation channels. I've seen examples of AI channels growing to over 100,000 subscribers and several million views in just about a year. However, I wouldn't just focus on copying any currently trending format. The greater advantage comes from choosing a niche that receives a lot of attention, consistently posting quality videos, and building something that has the potential to generate long-term income, rather than just relying on trendy entertainment
