I have seen on many platforms that sellers have watch hours increase service. I have ordered few of them and it works. so want to know which type of proxies or setup they are using?
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

It's probably not just proxies. My guess is they're using residential/mobile IPs along with automation and a bunch of devices or accounts.

For managing multiple client accounts ISP (static residential proxies) are the best.

Mobile IPs are popular because many real users can share the same carrier network, but they are not a magic solution by themselves. If the fingerprints, account behavior, or viewing patterns look unnatural, the platform can still filter the watch time or flag the accounts.

So the honest answer is: probably mobile proxies, but the overall setup matters much more than the proxy type alone.

Residential and/or mobile would be best, avoid using ISPs to prevent drops in numbers. Apart from proxies you’ll also need to make sure each of your accounts is running isolated.

Services that artificially increase watch hours typically rely on large bot networks, compromised devices, residential/mobile proxy pools, or paid click farms combined with automated viewing to mimic real users. The exact infrastructure varies, but it's designed to evade platform detection and violates most platforms' terms of service.

The best is Residential proxies, Mobile proxies, ISP (static residential) proxies.

The proxy type is only one piece of the puzzle. Different providers use different infrastructure, but there isn't a single proxy type that guarantees success. In general, residential and mobile IPs tend to resemble normal user traffic more closely than datacenter IPs, but account quality, viewing patterns, and overall behavior usually have a much bigger impact than the proxy itself. If your goal is legitimate account management rather than artificially inflating metrics, I'd focus on a stable, consistent setup instead of chasing a specific proxy type.

From what I’ve seen, most providers aren’t relying on proxies alone. They typically combine residential or mobile proxies with browser fingerprint management, aged accounts, and large scale automation or traffic sources. However, YouTube uses many signals beyond IP addresses to detect invalid engagement, so even if the watch hours appear initially, they may later be discounted or result in enforcement.

They are likely using bots, automation browser or device farm along with the use of proxies. Although they can be able to generate views for some time, but eventually, the platform will strip off the hours of watching or ban the channel itself.

Most of those services do not consist only of proxies since they typically depend on multiple sources of traffic, devices, and viewer behavior. Proxy type is not enough to make something appear legitimate because there are many other factors analyzed by platforms

selecting an apropriate proxy is not the only part of the configuration proces. In my opinion, platform usualy give preference to the behavior of trafic rather than the exact kind of IP that is utilized.

The services that are used will have to be more than just using proxies; the setup is actually a combination of traffic, devices, and even behavioral patterns. The use of proxies alone does not guarantee realistic behavior, considering that social media will still consider quality and other factors.

Beyond proxies, I suspect they’re also using automation or tools to manage large numbers of accounts; as for the proxies themselves, they’re likely using ISP or residential proxies.

mobile proxies are the best but they are also the most expensive. if you need to watch large volumes of video then u may need residential proxies as that is more affordable. but if price is not a problem then go all out on mobile proxies
