Hi everyone,

I'm starting a new journey where I'll be selling AI automations to local businesses.

The goal? $100k. As soon as possible.

I'll start with lead handling automations set up for home service businesses.

Only thing I'm struggling with is the outreach process. I've consumed too much info regarding the infra and I'm in analysis paralysis. Any beginner friendly suggestions are much appreciated!

Any questions, don't be afraid to ask, and I look forward to providing an update soon.

All the best on this journey!
Btw what probelm you are solving ?
Automating call handling for them. Outside hours handling and AI handling if they're in the middle of a job.

Good job! Keep up with the updates.
I am in a process of the sourcing and outreach automation.
That might help you in your projects.
You can build that too

Avoid putting too much effort into building your outreach structure before you see that it works. Begin with something small: start by using a specific list and writing personal messages, manually tracking responses/conversions. After you’ve seen that your offer resonates, move to automation,,

What kind of automations are you building and using? Good luck on your journey!

I originally planned to build a google maps scraper, then did the math on api credits and said forget that! Using instantly for now. Thanks for the offer, will contact if I need help!

The usually used way to find clients is just research then on google maps in a area where you can help then. There are even some tools to scrape info out from google maps of businesses

A relevant angle here is validating the offer before over-automating the outreach.

The approach makes sense, especially starting with lead handling for home service businesses. I’d probably focus on proving the offer with a small batch of highly targeted prospects first, then automate the parts that are already converting. That should also help avoid getting stuck overbuilding the outreach system before knowing what works.

Buy a dated notebook, and write how many business you either spoke with on the telephone or got belly 2 belly each day with. You'll be able to see if your in cloud cuckooland, or have a viable business, at the end of the month, when you look back.

You won't be able to advertise this business online like socials or something, as every noob these days seems to be wanting to automate other businesses with "their vision" and no experience at all. Good luck.
