Meta currently requires video verification and approval is quite difficult to achieve good results. Normally, Facebook does not allow changing the form of verification, so switching from video to image verification is very rare.

U use free.facebook.com instead of usual link, its for when your internet is slow and it decides to ask you to upload picture not videoselfie

You use diffrent link, the free.facebook.com instead of usual one, its the slow internet one and it switches from videoselfie to just selfie
 
Use an AI deepfake tool like DeepLiveCam with OBS or just log in via free.facebook.com to bypass the video check for a photo upload.

I usually record videos; the chances of getting the key unlocked are higher that way.

Oh really? I've never heard of this method before. But the success rate seems quite high when you try it using a video.

Normally, when it comes to unlocking accounts using selfie photos we have our own specialized photos to bypass it
 
Personally, ever since Meta updated its algorithms, very few of my accounts have been passing photo verification, even though I'm using the same methods that worked before
