Since I took a break from marketing around 2022 anti-detect browsers seem to be the new craze.
I have been seeing lots of mentions on marketplace about adspower which seems the hot one on the block but looks like a subscription type of thing.
What open source equivalents are there and are they really a big advantage over what used to be the usual way of doing things which was just firefox or your usual browser of choice and switch user-agent and keep the proxy linked to that browser? I am reading they use other detection methods now such as webrtc which is new to me so is that no longer enough and better to use one of these specialized anti-detect browsers?
If so what is an open source one which is well regarded? no intention of paying for such services? or how to achieve the same yourself without paying? I just searched 'open source anti-detect browser' and camoufox came up as one of the first results. Is that one good or which do you recommend?
