For those who outsource nearly all jobs, with just general overseeing, how does your workflow look?

I used to be all about botting to get the time consuming/boring/repetitive tasks done. I love to code so I was just doing what I enjoyed, but took much of my time. This was fine at that stage but now I have other stuff in life to take up most of my daytime time so thinking of ways to get to similar output without the same time commitments.

I do currently passive income from that past work, no saying how long it will last though, so been resting on my laurels for quite a while. Just thought maybe best to do some tests now rather than later before it suddenly disappeared so wondering about dabbling my toes in outsourcing.

So just been thinking about outsourcing projects as a new idea, to have a more hands free approach to things.

The buying of accounts was my initial thought for outsourcing but then got to thinking what else could also be outsourced.

I suppose, rather than the actual tasks, much of the time would instead be research to find reputable/reliable sellers but then sticking to those ones once you found ones that worked? I used to chat to other marketers who some did seem to follow the mainly outsourcing approach and seems like that is how things were for them.

The marketplace of course has the buying accounts part well covered but then what about delegating work for posting and account management? where does one look for that? fiverr is the bottom of the barrel I guess if that is even relevant these days? so where else?

Other general comments on this way of doing things?

If you let someone code your profitable idea, don't be suprised if they take the opportunity to do it themselves, or would they even do it at all? If you can afford to pay people to do your projects and manage them then fine. Its better you get people to manage profitable tasks in a business that makes money.

Sounds like you don't actually have that, then its just an open ended book. (if you do, do you have a portal that you are selling on right now with products and a working payment gateway?) Also it sounds like if you don't care that much for your idea to sacrifice the women, the drinks, the films, the night outs, the friends. Then who will? What sort of life do you think people who are starting off with $0 and want to get 1 million have?

Like 3 holidays a year, and weekends away every month, while roller skating, rowing, going to the gym, spending lots of time with family? lol Good luck. Pick your destiny, and hunt it down like a cold blooded big hunter, on the hunt for prey!

Can’t point you toward account buying or bulk posting/account-management outsourcing, that’s platform manipulation territory regardless of intent. But if the real goal is just “less hands-on time, same output” for legit work, real VAs or contractors (Upwork, agencies, referrals) can absolutely take that off your plate. Happy to think through that version.

Yes that is what I was thinking about, just general discussion of this different way of doing things to what I was used to previously.

From my experience, outsourcing works best when you outsource execution, not decision-making. I keep strategy, quality control, and testing in-house while delegating repeatable tasks to trusted people. The hardest part isn’t finding workers, it’s building a system that produces consistent results.

You need to have already the plan and hire peoples as you get more income and only delegate when things take to much time this is my philosophy

Honestly don't even read these BS AI generated replies lmfao. All you're asking for is how to oversee virtual assistants. And "buying accounts" is the bare minimum, you can let them do so much more. I've worked with many VA's, both good and bad. The secret is to let them message you every agreed on day when they start working, and when they end their workday. You need a report on what they've done on both.

Or if you want to get multiple VA's, might aswell make a working board like "Asana" and they create all tasks and mark them finished with detailed information. You can just oversee this board, and see who's doing well and who's doing bad etc. and exact time spent on jobs.

Outsourcing seems effective, my friend, but you mainly need a strategy to control and manage the quality of the people you hire and delegate tasks appropriately. You need to build a specific work management system.
