i have 2 different google ads campns for auto parts usa location, i have started running ads for both account for mix auto parts, i was getting good call flow but quality wasn't good , so i have decided to run ads for engine and transmissions only, but when i started running ads for engine and transmission only looks like my both account got dead, i hardly getting 10 calls a day, i have set high target cpa but still not getting much clicks, also the ctr is high 5 percent but still not getting much calls, i am surprised that its happening with my both different account /

shadow bans, as they are called, dont exist on google ads

actually they do. not what OP is describing but allot of times an account can go dead for a week or so if major changes happen i had it happen to few clients before.

Yeah but i dont think it's like a shadow ban just as the term means but your case is an obvious situation for a lot of people

what op is describing is not tho

They cant shadow ban ads, you would sue them. Your ads prob suck <3

You can adjust your ads, as i haven't heard of any shadow ban on Google for the time being.

Auto parts is broad, but engine/transmission is super specific. You're probably competing with much bigger players on those high value terms, so your ads just aren't winning auctions. Google doesn't really shadow ban. what's more likely is Limited Ad Serving.

If you set a high target CPA, google might just stop showing your ads because it can't hit that number. Try switching to Maximize Clicks for a few days and see if impressions bounce back.

I dont think its a shadow ban, sounds more like ur campaign changes reset performance or the niche is just way more competetive.
