The badge may attract attention but growth comes from providiing them with a reason to hang around. I would try out various forms of content, see what works nd engage with my community. An account that is veriffied nd well connected to its audience will always beat an account that only has the badge.

Getting ur profile verified can be one way to help establish some credibilitty for urself but it does not serve as an alternative to good content strategy. What I would do is post regularly nd provide value through my posts nd interactiions with others in the niche.
