Is Publii free? Is it fine with blogging and adsense monitization?

Yeah you can definitely monetize it. publii just outputs static HTML so you can paste whatever affiliate links or adsense code you want in the templates. for ranking, search engines don't care about the CMS, they just want fast loading and good content. static sites are actually perfect for quick affiliate landers because you can host them free on netlify or cloudflare and they won't crash if you get a sudden spike in traffic.

certainly publii should be chosen as an option for having fast loading time. nevertheles, it need to be remembered that the CMS does not have an influence on how you will perform in the search engine result.

Publii excels in simple bloging, with quick loading and an efficient, well structured layout. It won't rank by itself, but it can be made to compete and monetize with good content, SEO, and proper configuration.

Yes, blogs made using Publii can be monetized and ranked the same way as any other static site. The cms itself does not rank anything; what ranks better are quality content, links, topic authority, and SEO in general. Speed is indeed a great plus though.
