Hello guys

I have been creating content and uploading videos on TikTok for quite some time. In the beginning my videos were getting very good views but recently my views seem to be stuck at around 300 on almost every video.

I have not changed my niche significantly and I continue to upload content regularly. I am trying to understand what might be causing this issue and whether anyone else has experienced the same problem.

Could you please share any tips strategies or solutions that helped you increase your reach and get out of the 200–300 view range?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

this is classic shadowban example
it can happen if you are using pc to upload videos
or if you are using multiple accounts on same ip on same phone

But how? Many of my videos have gone viral before and now suddenly the views stop coming after 300 views. What the issue?

Many creators face this. Try improving your first 3 seconds:
increasing watch time, testing new contect style and posting at peak times. Also consistency and engagement are key to getting post the 200 to 300 view range
Best Time to Upload videos on tiktok?

Yes, Reels are still the strongest growth tool on Instagram in 2026 because they reach non-followers. Stories and carousels help with engagement, but Reels are what actually bring new people in.

I think you should refresh your content because people will quickly get bored with what you post every day; even a small change will do.

I think you might be having a big problem building video content on how you post.

There is no penalty, the algorithm just tests your video on a few hundred people first. If they swipe away in the first three seconds, it stops. Instead of changing upload times, put a curious question or hook right in the first second. If you keep the test audience watching longer, it will get pushed

It is not a shadowban as that would mean you get 0 views. 200-300 views is pretty typical for content that does not get meaningful engagement. You should check the engagement stats of your videos themselves and compare with your previous videos that got more views.

300 views would imply that TikTok sees potential in your video but does not see sufficient engagement to push it through. In my opinion, there should be an emphasis on having better hook at the start of the clip and analyzing retention data, not posting any more frequently.

you can pay someone to talk about you on tiktok , that can jail break your algo ))

Try changing your hook in first few seconds and test different posting times, sometimes TikTok just need fresh signals to push your videos again.

Having a view plateau does not necessarily mean that the account is dead it may mean that the content is not providing sufficient triggers for the following boost. i would analyze your recent videos against those that worked and see how they differ in terms of hooks, and audience reaction. Tweaks that are backed up by data often prove more effecctive than switching niches.

The videos are lacking engagement. Check analytics through TikTok Studio.

It happens quite often on TikTok. The response from the test audience might not have been good enough to warrant moving ahead. Experiment with other hooks, better beginnings, and various formats rather than increasing the frequency of your posts.,

This is referred to as shadow ban by many people, but the 300 views Threshold is usually associated with content signals. I would do a comparison between the old videos and the new videos and look at things like the Retention rate, hook, and audience reaction to see if it works.

Try changing your content strategy to attract more viewer interest. It's possible that your content isn't engaging enough to be picked up by the recommendation algorithm, which is why your videos aren't reaching many new viewers.

This actually happens quite frequently on TikTok; normally, the problem lies with the first batch of users who are not providing sufficient feedback to the creators. Make sure you check out your first three seconds, retention rate, and engagement rather than posting frequency only..

I don't think this is a shadow ban, I believe your content is not interesting enough.
