Everything is done the web, and i use residential proxies from my own country here, i don't need to scan a qr code. You need to avoid leaving traces between accounts.

from my test TikTok takes into account the reliability of the device and the account's history more than the cloud phone. here, consistency matter more than often replacing device or IP addreses.
