been lurking here for years, time to give back properly. this is the full method, failures included, not a flex thread. ill keep it updated as it moves.
phase 1 - the seo grind that made almost nothing
i started where everyone starts: build sites, chase rankings, wait for the money to show up. i went hard and ended up with roughly 160 small niche sites, all in and around the adult space, targeting long-tail stuff the big players dont bother with. and it worked, on the traffic side. the sites ranked, visitors came. the money though was garbage. plugging that traffic straight into display ads paid pennies per click and i spent months refusing to admit i was optimizing the completely wrong end of the funnel.
the realisation that flipped it
i had traffic. i just had nowhere good to send it. i was RENTING my audience for cents instead of owning them. one visit, one cent, gone forever. so i stopped treating the sites as the product and started treating them as a net with one job: catch the visitor, sort them, and route them to whichever monetization actually fit them.
phase 2 - the sites became a segmented funnel
every site now points somewhere i control. but not one big bucket, thats the mistake most people make. i run it niche by niche, so the traffic self-segments on the way in. foot-niche pages feed the foot funnel, joi traffic feeds the joi funnel, and so on. the site does the sorting for free, and that sorting is what makes both monetization rails below actually convert, because segmented traffic converts and generic traffic doesnt.
phase 3a - owning it: ai models + automated chatters (the high-value rail)
the warm, high-intent traffic goes into telegram channels i own, one girl per niche. the models are ai-generated, consistent faces (lora + comfyui type setup) so i own the talent outright, no percentages, no drama, and every channel gets its own look. the real engine is the chat layer: every lead gets worked by an automated chatter system, a crm that talks to them daily, warms them and sells, ppv sets, customs, subs, crypto in. the point is it doesnt need me awake. this rail has the highest revenue per lead by far, but it only works on traffic thats actually a fit.
phase 3b - crakrevenue cpa (the rail that saved the other 80%)
heres the part that doubled the whole thing. most of your traffic will NOT fit your own funnel. wrong geo, wrong intent, wrong device, or its just cold. for a long time i let all of that die. now every visitor that isnt a fit for the telegram funnel gets routed to a crakrevenue offer instead, adult dating on a ppl basis for the cheap tier-3 geos, cam and premium offers on ps/revshare for the tier-1 buyers, smartlinks for the messy in-between traffic i cant be bothered to sort by hand. it turned my biggest leak (the 80% that didnt fit the direct funnel) into a second income stream that runs fully passive on top of the first.
the mental unlock was that these two rails arent competitors, theyre a waterfall. best traffic to my own girls where i keep 100%, everything else to crakrevenue where i still get paid instead of nothing. before, i was picking one and wasting the rest.
what i got wrong (the expensive lessons)
chased rankings for months before i had anywhere worth sending the traffic. built site volume before i understood the audience. tried to run everything through the direct funnel and let the non-fit traffic die instead of affiliating it. and worst of all, i automated too early, scaled a funnel that didnt convert yet, so all i did was scale a broken thing faster.
where im at now
traffic is basically solved and mostly passive, the network just runs. focus now is tuning the waterfall, moving the geo/intent split point so more revenue lands on whichever rail pays more for that specific visitor, and squeezing the chat layer for more per lead.
ill keep updating this. ask me anything, especially the funnel, the automated-chatter part, or how i split traffic between owned offers and crakrevenue, thats the bit that moved the needle.
