It's a scam, and can get your linkedIn account banned.

They are renting for promotion

As far as I know renting of LinkedIn basically entails lending out one account temporarily for using it for marketing or outreach purpposes. It might not be very safe as it would possibly contravene the terms of LinkedIn. hence, u need to think twice before u decide on this.
