Starting a Youtube Faceless gaming channel. Need few tips

Hey,
in past i had a good youtube channel bring me around 30-50k daily views but this thing was 5 year back, I was making enough but Youtube suspended me and I could never get back again.
I am in a good position now where I have enough time to Invest so I am looking to start once again.
I am seeking any tips, guide and anything you have in mind which can help me in this journey. Anything work since I have had no contact with YT from past few years I still have no clue how this works now.

If you got suspended, have you got a new system and new router, since then? and hopefully you didn't already give youtube your details last time, or you won't be able to a new account, you'll just keep getting re-banned.
 
I think optimizing the title and thumbnail for clear display on mobile screens is important, since the majority of traffic comes from mobile devices.
 
The biggest challenge now is understanding what todays viewers respond to and adapting your old skills to the current platform.
 
a piece of advice from me, since i'm also getting started with youtube and have already tested different approaches to see what works and what doesn't: thumbnails really do matter, so pay close attention to them, ctr can make a big difference. Keep your thumbnails simple, consistent in style, and distinctive enough to stand out. don't overload them with text, what usually works best is an interesting image and a short caption that quickly explains what the video is about.

second important this is sticking to the same niche. after you upload a few videos, the algorithm will start understanding who your content should be shown to.

Experience is a big advantage youtube has changed a lot understanding the current audience and adapting your style will matter most.

Going back to You Tube after a few years can in fact turn out to be an asset since u r looking at things with a new persspective altogether. I would take the first month as one where u experiment observe what gets the best results nd then move ahead from there.
 
Do not depend only on YouTube. Also build a Facebook page, Instagram, or email list as a backup.

Past successes will make a good foundation for u to start. U already have knowledge of how to attract an audience, what remains is to adjust ur efforts according to the dynamics of modern You Tube. Experimentiing with new formats, understanding ur current audience nd gaining momentum little by little is all that is left to do.

Thanks I am alos looking to experiement with couple of games and try to figure out what works the best for me

A lot has changed over the last few years, but one thing hasn't: consistency still matters. If I were starting over today, I'd focus on one game, keep the editing style consistent, and spend more time improving retention than chasing trends. Don't expect the first few uploads to perform well—treat them as data and keep refining your content.
 
Previous experience is definitely an asset; however, i would not attempt to repeat the same formula. Viewers’ preferences evolve very rapidly in gaming communitieis hence, it would be prudent to devote some time to analyzis of what is currently working in order to attract viewers. tests conducted on small samples would show results much quicker.
 
Choosing one game or niche in the beginning can make growth easier Consistent uploads clear editing, and good thumbnails usually help a faceless gaming channel stand out over time

Use short form videos for discoverability and long for ones to monetize your audience. Also triggering their curiosity is a must in order to view your videos.
 
Keep on uploading because you'll naturally learn much better than by planninng

Having previous experience is already a big advantage. The gaming space has changed a lot, but the basics are still the same: good thumbnails, strong retention, and consistent uploads. Testing different games at the start sounds like a good way to see what gets the best response. Also, make sure to not use AI voices.
