Old guy just saying hi

Hello everyone,

Happy to be here on BHW. A great community. As the name says, I'm an old guy, with a lot of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, venture building and now AI tools.

Right now I'm focused on home improvement leads in USA, (Roofing & Solar) mainly. I've lots of otp verified leads and looking for ways to monetize them, my main motivation for joining. So hopefully I can find members who can help/partner. Will post in Joint Ventures forum but wanted to say hello first and give an idea of what I do, what I can contribute with and what I'm looking for.
