Google Ads vs Yandex Ads – Which one is giving better results in 2026?

Google Ads is still better for overall quality and scaling, but Yandex can work well in some GEOs where CPC is lower. Best option depends on your niche and target audience.

It really depends on the niche and audience, I have seen cheaper clicks on Yandex but tracking and testing matters more than the platform name.

My advice is to run the same offer on both platforms and compare after enough data. Real numbers will tell you which one fits your business.

Hi guys,
I'm thinking about testing a new traffic source and would like to hear from people who have experience with both Google Ads and Yandex Ads.
Which platform is performing better for you in 2026 in terms of:
  • CPC
  • Conversion rate
  • Lead quality
  • ROI
  • Scaling potential
I've used Google Ads before, but I haven't tested Yandex Ads yet. I've heard Yandex can be cheaper in some GEOs, but I'm not sure if the traffic quality is comparable to Google.

For those who have run campaigns on both platforms recently, which one would you recommend and why?
Would appreciate any real-world results, case studies, or tips. Thanks!
If your target GEO includes Eastern Europe, Central Asia, or specific parts of MENA, Yandex Ads is a goldmine for cheap traffic.

Google Ads continues to be my preferred platform for delivering consistent quality. However, Yandex is worth testing if your target audience is located within its primary geographic markets.

Google Ads wins on lead quality and scaling potential hands down, but Yandex can deliver cheaper CPCs in Eastern European and Russian-speaking GEOs if that's your target market. For most Western audiences though, Google's conversion rates and ROI are hard to beat despite the higher costs.

Google is still my first choice for scaling because of the audience size. Yandex is worth testing if you are targeting countries where it has strong users.

Google has more traffic and more tools for scaling. Yandex can still be useful for finding cheaper traffic in specific markets.

Yandex is great if you want to get the most out of a small budget in its main countries. Google is the better choice if you want to run bigger ad campaigns that work anywhere in the world.

Which GEO and niche are you running? Results can be very different depending on the market.

I would test both platforms with similar campaigns and compare the quality of leads and customers, not just clicks or conversion rates.

Depends on the GEO and niche. Google usually has better quality traffic, but Yandex can be cheaper and work well in some markets. Best way is to test both with small budgets and compare actual ROI.

I prefer to start testing with a modest budget. Traffic cost is less important than conversion quality, as a lower CPC doesn't automatically mean higher ROI.

Yandex works great for making quick profits on small budgets. Google works best when you are ready to spend big and grow.

For this type of project, relevant traffic is more important than cheap traffic. A smaller audience interested in the topic can be more useful.
