Hello, I've been encountering this error frequently lately, requiring document verification. Is there a way to fix this? I need help.

yeah, if Meta is asking for documents there usually is not a clean bypass. i'd first make sure the business info, payment country, name, and uploaded docs all match exactly, then submit once instead of retrying with random changes.
 
Pretty standard stuff as far as Meta Business goes. Could be from anything to do with newer ad accounts, changes in account activity, or simply as part of their compliance checks. Only real solution is to send the required documents.
If it's suddenly happening repeatedly across multiple accounts, then it may be worth looking for a common factor, though needing to verify an ad account by itself isn't unusual on Meta anymore.
 
just submit real business docs through the request review flow, this is meta cracking down harder on unverified accounts lately
 
Use a credit card with a location that matches the location of your advertising account.

I've seen this happen more often recently too. If the platform is asking for document verification, it's usually best to complete the process and make sure your account information is accurate and consistent. If the issue keeps happening after verification, contacting the platform's support is the safest option.
 
I have never encountered this problem, but some of my friends had. normally, you need to contact to owner of BM to verify the BM.

But what documents do I need? I'm using Hong Kong as my country and the US time zone, so will Meta accept the documents I submit?

They don't match the accounts I've set up.
 
You simply need to verify the required documents, or you can contact the provider who supplied the BM to you.
 
contact the owner of BM, and upload documents that required.
 
Please carefully check the documents you intend to upload to ensure they comply with Facebook's guidelines.
 
sometimes, this problem happens. a small tip that I applied is uploading the documents of the country that you are using for ads account.
