does buying youtube subscribers work

if it work for what?

it works to lure people, improve your self esteem or tell your uncle that you have a successful youtube channel with fake stats

it also works for SMM panels make money

but it doesn't work for growing channels, making real money, creating a loyal community or anything like that, if it's what you're looking for

No. If they don't watch, YouTube just sees dead subs and weak early engagement. Better spend it on testing thumbnails/titles or one targeted promo that brings real viewers.

It works to show existing subs so that people with low self-esteem subscribe to your channel considering it to be already popular. However, the fake subs won't watch or interact with your content so youtube considers your content less appealing and doesn't boost them. So, it's a double-edged sword. If you already have an external traffic source, you can gradually buy subs to hint visitors that your channel is growing and encourage them to subscribe to it.

google don't really care about what you do with your channel but algo still push your videos if its not good.

Not if you overdo it, if you’re buying from a panel that sends actual quality subs with naturally aged/warmed accounts buying a bit of subs is fine.

It is not just the subscriber count that matters it realy comes down to the fact that your metrics wil not be gud unles the people who are watching are watching your video. concentrate more on your content and geting your target audience.

This will not work if they do not watch or interact with your videos. It is better to build an audience that actually watches your content which helps your channel to grow over time.

Purchasing subscribers will certanly raise the count but this normally results in ,poor quality engagement and will eventually damage the channel. YouTube is more interested in watch time and retention rather than subscriber numbers,

Wherea buying subscribers would increase your number, it wouldn’t create any traction. The channel having 1,000 engaged viewers would do better than the one having 50,000 non-engaged subscribers.

Buying YouTube subscribers isn't worth it. YouTube can detect fake accounts and may remove them. Fake subscribers don't watch your videos, so they won't help your channel grow. Real subscribers and genuine engagement are what make a channel successful.

this is all about the goal. a little more social proof would not hurt but it won’t make up for the number from the audience—clicks, retention nd time spent watching. my priority would be puting that effort into gaining the first 100 viewer of my video.

Buying subscribers might increase the number on your channel but it usually does not improve performance if those subscribers are not actually watching your videos. Youtube seems to value engagement like watch time, retention and genuine interaction much more than subscriber count alone.

It might give your channel some social proof, but YouTube's algorithm mainly rewards genuine engagement, Active viewers are far more valuable than a high subscriber count.

it depens on what you're trying to archieve, buying subs can help you with increasing trust score, improve your channel visibility, and help with social proof, however if you're looking at it purely from the algorithm's perspective, it wont have any impact on your videos perform better

i never tried it but YouTube subscribers might increase the number on your channel, but it rarely helps with real growth there are lot of things to work on tokeep active engageed

I used to buy a ready made YouTube channel with 1k subscribers, thinking I could skip the hard part of building a channel from zero and jump straight into monetization. I figured I’d just upload videos and wait for the views and money to roll in.

Man, the reality hit me hard. My videos got almost zero views. The subscribers on that bought channel had completely different interests from the content I was making. In the end, nobody watched.

It actually made me more discouraged and burned out faster. Because the audience didn’t match my content, when people clicked on my videos and didn’t like them, they bounced right away. That killed the video YouTube stopped recommending it almost immediately.

The first viewers are super important. If they don’t stay and watch, your video is basically dead in the algorithm .

Moral of the story No matter what shortcuts you try, you should still focus on properly building your channel with good, consistent content from the beginning.

some say it works if you drip feed them in slowly, but when i personally tried a few months ago I didn't get approved for monetization.
