I'd check which keywords are getting lots of impressions but very few clicks first. A few title and meta description tweaks can make a bigger difference than people expect.

Sometimes the ranking is fine but the title just is not compelling enough to get clicks

I'd start by looking at the keywords you're actually ranking for and making sure they have strong buyer intent. It's great to bring in traffic, but if those visitors aren't looking to buy or contact you, your conversion rate will naturally suffer. Pair that with high-quality, engaging content that answers users' questions and gives them a reason to stay on the page.

Without seeing your website, it's hard to make more personalized recommendations, but one free tool I'd definitely suggest is Microsoft Clarity. It focuses on user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings, so you can see where visitors are dropping off, where they're getting confused, or even clicking on buttons and elements that don't work. Those insights can uncover usability issues that are costing you conversions, even if your SEO is doing its job.
