Is PPC Still Worth It in 2026, or Has It Become Too Expensive?

I still run PPC but mostly to test new angles and find winning keywords quickly. Once I see a keyword making money in ads, I instantly build an SEO campaign to rank for it organically.

I've noticed PPC costs seem to keep increasing especially in competitive niches for those actively running campaigns is PPC still giving you a good ROI, or have you shifted more toward SEO and organic traffic? I'd love to hear what's working for you and any lessons you've learned recently
I believe PPC can still be effective although the emphasis has changed from budgeting to targeted campaigns and testing. Organic traffic is helpful for sustainable growtth while PPC traffic can give u quick wins if done right. In my opinion the most optimal way would be to find some balance between these two.

I still use PPC because it gives quick results, but I’m also investing more in SEO. Having both helps reduce dependence on paid ads.

I think it's like real estate - but instead of location - it's niche specific. Right now I'm getting strong ROAS and competing with a handful of other players. Simple niche to be in. No idea what it's like to compete in diet, health and wealth.

PPC can still work well but it feels much more important to target the right audience Better optimization usually matters more now than simply increasing the ad budg

in a lot of competitive niches ppc has gotten more expensive, but it still works if you’re disciplined about lead quality
what’s been working more lately for us is keeping ppc for high-intent capture (tighter keywords + better ad-to-page alignment), while using seo to build margin over time. seo doesn’t replace ppc overnight, but it reduces dependency by taking the top-of-funnel off paid and letting ppc focus on bottom-of-funnel.

Ppc still working , if you are getting good roas carry on, otherwise optimize the ads

PPC is still useful if you know your numbers. I think the biggest change is you can't just run ads and hope anymore, you need better targeting and a good offer.
