how to create food vglog with less efforts

I want to create food fb page
if I take existing food reels and videos from any source like fb insta then fb will ban
I dont want to go every food stall and take video at leat for start of page later I can do it
ai not much usefull for food

anybody had similer issues

Id avoid reposting original content grows slower at first but its much safer in the long run.
 
reposting straight rips gets flagged fast, at least edit/crop/add ur own text overlay before posting
 
The most challenging part is creating genuinely valuable content from existing videosby cutting, splicing, and editing the footage in your own unique style, while ensuring the original source material remains unrecognizable.
 
You could start by creating a unique format around the videos like reviews, voiceovers or local food stories.

There is no doubt that using viideos by others without their permission may cause trouble, especially when they complain about it. When creating a new page u should definiitely not use only the republished material. Ur own clips or edited ones may be a much better option.

To begin with, it would be better to concentrate on develioping a system rather than creating flawless food videos. Even videos with just a bit of commentary, ranking, facts about food, or simply your voice over will create original content. It is only after you develop the system that you should start spending time on visiting places.

It is not necessary to evaluate every single restaurant instantly. Start slowly with recurring activity that can be easily managed, like doing voice-over, rating the restaurant nd writing reviews.
 
I would avoid reposting videos directly from Facebook or Instagram since that can lead to limited reach or copyright issues. A better approach is to create simple original content even if it was just recording food at local places with your phone. You do not need expensive equipment to get started and original content usually performs better over time.

You can create your own content with AI and capcut. Reposting other people's videos will get you banned fast on FB.
 
Keeping the videos simple can save a lot of time Planning your shots in advance and recording multiple clips in one session usually makes the editing process much easier
 
Reposting others videos can cause problems later. A best option is to start with simple and original content even if it is short.
 
if you reup the existing video, the risk to be banned is so high. you can use that video, but need to revise something to make it yours.
 
If you use someone else's food clip, you must change it. Record your own voice over the video explaining the dish or the recipe to make it original.
 
yeah, if you repost videos from other pages without permission, fb can flag you and you may get banned. better start with your own clips
 
I think you should create a channel reviewing existing videos in the culinary field.
 
In the case of the initial stage, i would go about creating a media channel that deals with food more than turning into a restaurant critic right away. in this case, you will be able to produce all kinds of posts about comparisons, trends, etcand use your own voice and editing to personalise the page before moving to filming everything on your own.
