Hi Everyone

We have a ecommerce website (woocommerce) and the tracking foe meta/google/tiktok is done by pixelyoursite. Meta and google are reporting the purchases kind of ok (small changes from what analytics is showing) , but tiktok is reporting huge number of purchases , like 1 campaign with 20 click reports 10 orders (usual cvr is below 1%).
We changed the modul , and now we are using tiktok x woocommerce , but still the same over reporting.

Basically the woocomerce reports 5-10 orders a day from tiktok , analytics the same , but in ads manager tiktok we have like 70 orders daily , wich is imposible.

Does anyone else notice something similar ? And found a solution ?

Thanks

If your campaign isn't configured for checkout conversion events, then the purchase event is duplicated. Fixing this is so much work that it's easier to redo everything, paying attention this time. Unfortunately, I also hate using Google Analytics; every time I use that platform I get stressed, so if you're experiencing the same problem, you can look for other, simpler event trackers.

We've seen this happen a few times. In most cases it wasn't TikTok creating the conversions, but duplicate Purchase events being sent from multiple sources (browser Pixel + Events API/server), or the same order being attributed multiple times because of incorrect event deduplication.

I'd also verify that only one Purchase event fires on the thank-you page, check the Event ID matching between Pixel and Events API, and make sure no old PixelYourSite code is still active after switching to TikTok x WooCommerce.

If everything looks clean, I'd compare the Events Manager diagnostics with a few real order IDs to see how many Purchase events are actually being received. Out of curiosity, are the 70 purchases showing up in TikTok Events Manager as well, or only inside Ads Manager?
