Hey there,

I searched and searched online for a specific mental health related image for my ebook and can't find one for sale anywhere. So I tired ChatGPT which generated an image closest to what I am seeking. I read the policies which show that us long us there isn't a similar image already online then I can use it for commercial purposes but my question is I can't find similar image in my searches, doesn't mean one or more might not exist, so should I use it please?

Pop your image into google and do a reverse image search. See what comes up. If you are happy that the ai hasn’t directly copied I would go with it

Yes you can use it no problem
If any one contacted you about that just tell them Salamouna gave me the permission

You can use it, but should you! I haven't done enough SEO research on the impact of AI generated images. It's probably worth thinking about.

Of course you can use it.

If it were me, I'd still use it. Using GPT chat to create images is great now. It can edit small details, change the layout, and is generally very convenient; I feel like it's like having a designer on hand.
As you said, if it's for an ebook, I would also keep the initial ideas and save previous versions in case I need to prove how the images were created. That's not legally binding, but documenting the image creation process is very useful for future use.
