Try posting different types of content. Sometimes one format just doesn't connect with the audience, while another takes off.
all of my videos are stuck at 300-500 views

This has happened to many creators. When u consistently hit the same view range time after time this means that the platform is trying to get ur firsst batch of followers but there is something stopping it from taking it to the next level. I would work on the hook nd making the video engaging till the end.

Many new accounts experience this. Focus on stronger hooks, better watch time, and consistent posting. Test different video styles and topics instead of uploading the same type every time.

if you have already posted like 20 or 30 videos and they all hard stop at exactly the same range, it might be an account trust score issue. people saying "your content sucks" are usually right, but sometimes the algortihm flags your device or ip. easy way to test this is to post the exact same videos on a fresh account using a different phone and mobile data. if they still flop, then yeah, it is a content issue. but if they do better you know your current account is bricked. worth a shot before you spend weeks redesigning your whole strategy.

Between 300 to 500 views normally implies that the video has been able to get pass the stage of distribuition but does not have enough signals to warrantes other push. It is advisable to check out retention curves, the point of drop off, and test other topics until you are sure of about account problem.

It sound more like the video is not good enough if the retention of video is good there should be growing. The alghorithm sent a small amount of peoples to the video and if the retention is lower will hide the video and show other instead that have better retention
Pause uploading for 7days. After 7days consistently upload content with proper SEO. I hope it’ll fix

Being stuck there means your video only passed the basic bot check but died in the trial pool due to low 3 second retention; upgrade your opening hook and accelerate the pacing to force the algorithm to push it further.
