What can I do with my music?

What's good everyone! I'm looking for some different perspectives on what I can do with my music.

I'm a music producer with about 20 years experience and I currently have 1500+ tracks sitting on a drive that could be making me some money in some way.

I've done the whole beatstars, type beat channel thing and I'm not really interested in going down that route because it's honestly not worth the hassle. And I am still creating music and posting to streaming platforms for fun, and am planning on starting a youtube channel as well at some point soon.

What I'm really looking for is the perspective of people who aren't in the music business and see things a little differently than I might be.

if you in need of that money get some other skills music sells slow and needs luck tbh
 
You can license your music to online music platforms, video game developers, YouTubers, TikTok creators, and other content creators who need original tracks.
 
Personally I use a music distribution company that YT told me to use. I upload songs daily to my YT channel but they suggested I use a partner they use that syndicates to ALL major places like Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Instagram & Facebook, TikTok, TikTok Music (Beta), Resso, Luna, YouTube Music, Amazon.com, Pandora, Deezer, TIDAL, iHeartRadio, ClaroMusica, Saavn, Anghami, KKBox, Boomplay, Snapchat, NetEase, Tencent, Pretzel, TouchTunes, and many more. Owing to rules here I cannot say who, but a quick Google search should assist - or ask your favorite AI.
These places pay and no quibble, honestly, have a dig.

1,500 tracks is a huge asset. I'd focus on licensing and B2B opportunities instead of chasing streams. A good catalog can generate recurring income for years if marketed correctly.

Most people try to monetize every new track. I'd do the opposite—monetize the entire catalog. The larger your library becomes, the more valuable it is to commercial buyers.
