I have bought an account in the past that I used to create sub reddits and used for years without any issue. The account you buy and how you use it determines whether you're going to get slammed immediately or not. And to be honest from my experience, it's hard to tell which one would be slammed and which wouldn't.

I think if you're having difficulty creating and building Reddit accounts to make them credible, then buying them is perfectly reasonable.

Reddit’s automated security systems and anti-bot filters have become incredibly advanced. The moment you buy an account and log in from a different IP address, device, or location, the system flags it. You will most likely get shadowbanned or permanently suspended within the first week.
If your goal is to request subreddits through Reddit Request, purchased accounts are heavily scrutinized by the admins. If they detect a sudden change in ownership or suspicious activity, your request will be automatically denied.
My advice: It is much better and safer to grow an account organically. Post genuine, engaging content in active subreddits, build up your Karma naturally, and you’ll have a bulletproof account that can request subreddits without any issues.

Buying an account is always a risk.
Even if it looks established, it can still be banned later if its history is suspicious or ownership changes are detected. If your goal is long-term use, it's usually better to build your own account with genuine activity than rely on a purchased one.

If you need Reddit for your work but don't have any established, high-quality accounts, then buying a reputable Reddit account may be a worthwhile option.

It can be worth it if you buy from a good seller, but there's always a risk. Even aged accounts can get banned, so nothing is guaranteed.

I have asked myself the same thing and I think that buying them is not a total fix for the general bullshit of reddit.

I believe it is just a shortcut to doing the manual warming phase you would normally do, so it is worth it in that sense if you don't want to spend days engaging however you can get a bought account banned just as easy as a new manual one if you do the wrong things.

For example I bought an account with karma but because I was using a shared proxy it got ghosted.

I think it is better to think of these social media sights as a weighted system. I have most experience with twitter/X but seems the same on reddit too from my testing.

So too much of bad will cause problems/ghosting/bans which tip you over some line. Buying an account can give you some + while, as in my example, bad proxy gave lots of -.

It depends on what you want to do with the account. Even an aged account is not guarantee of good results, if the account has poor history and is not used naturally. I would focus on the account quality and reputation rather than just its age.

A good account is worth buying, but how you use it afterward matters even more than the account itself.

Yes.

If you know how to use them.

Anybody saying otherwise doesn't know shit about reddit.

A new account doesn't compare to established. The end.

I do not suggest to buy reddit accounts. even if the account looks old there is always a chance reddit flags or bans it later. so growing your own account takes longer but feels much safer.

For me yes its always beneficial

but most the times its really depends upon the usage as per my case my accounts have been banned many times previously, and reddit are banning them unless i move to another device to gain the benefits of a purchased account

Buying aged accounts is always a gamble. You,re usually better off building one slowly with normal activity, otherwise a ban next week wipes out the money you spent. If you do buy, expect the risk and don't rely on it as your main account

^ Read my other posts about why all these 'i got banned' posts are showing up now.

Many of these frustrated posts are people who bought 'cheap' accounts and are mad later when quality doesn't pan out

Rules to get a quality account:
- Do not buy from aa service that shills usernames. If the username is shared before purchase or publicly available< Reddit might already have it on a 'to ban' list
- Only Active accounts. If the account isnt recently active with both posts and comments avoid it
- Stay away from accounts that have posts removed multiple times (maybe 1 or 2 out of 300 posts is okay)
- NFSW accounts, i'd stay away from unless you're working in Adult industry
- Comment karma should be 'reasonable' compared to post karma. 30k karma sshould have 1000-2000 comment karma at minimum

A lot of people overlook the community side an account that fits the platform naturally usually performs better

Yes, they are worth it, but only if you buy them from a trusted and reputable vendor.
