Anyone have success promoting webcams (Chaturbate, Stripcash etc) on Reddit? I've read lot of mixed comments about Reddit as a traffic source for webcams.

Reddit can work, but only if you match the right communities. Generic promotion usually goes nowhere.

Good luck figuring this one out bro. I think alot of people are wondering this exact thing right now. Let us know if you find a way. The only way i see it is trough mass DMs with clever hooks. Good luck

My idea is to grow my own subreddit(s), and promote my links there.
Yes, lot of people are complain about Reddit traffic and cams offers. I find it kinda strange because converts great for OF models.

It seems like the results depend a lot on how naturally the content fits into the community. People can usually tell when something is only posted to drive clicks.
