I think one of the biggest mistakes is treating LinkedIn like a place to constantly promote urself. People r more likely to engage with someone who shares useful insights, experiences, or lessons instead of only posting sales pitches. Building genuine connections first usually leads to better opportuniities in the long run.linkedln is one of the most powerful platforms for networking , personal branding and career growth , but many people still don't get the results they expect . some stay inactive,some post withouot a clear strategy ,and other focus only on selling instead of building connections
