Claude limits, multiple accounts?

So i find Claude way better than all the rest. He actually understands and fixes things.

The others have their uses, but im a little tired of reading books that completely miss the point very often.

I thought about paying the $17 for Claude, but apparently you dont get much more usage with that.

So i though, im BHW, i have emails and proxies and some phone numbers. Just get a few multiple accounts going, use with some care to avoid some footprints (like mentioning im working on the same site across 2 accounts i guess) and it will be fine.

What do you guys think? I need more time with it. Using one account and then hitting 5 hour blocks wont get me far

I think that you'd make way more money buying a $100 subscription. It's very very quickly reimbursed, when you see the power it gives you.
 
I get the frustration with the usage limits, totally fair. Just keep in mind though, running multiple accounts can get them flagged if they catch on to the abuse. If you're using Claude a lot for work every day, honestly just paying for a proper plan ends up being way less hassle than constantly making new accounts.

Claude for code is another level. Its really interesting. I guess Bezos is winning the AI race. But the space race he's a clear loser in. Now as for claude code $100 is nothing compared to the resources and power it gives you.

Totally agree 100$ is nothing unless you live in a 3rd world country.

I live in an 8th world country. I'm broke as a joke. I use cheerios for earrings.

I walk down the street with one shoe. And if someone asks me if I lost a shoe, I say no, I found one :weep:
 
there are some chinese providers offering claude credits at a fraction of the real cost
maybe look into that
 
Do try and outsmart claude. They caught the chinese with their multi accounts and proxy spam. You got better tech than them? :D

You can use the api version unlimited i think?
 
The 100$ plan is totally justified imo. I have both Claude and Codex 100$plan and honestly it's nice having both.
I use them mainly to find out existing bugs and make a plan to fix it.

Both goes out and hunt the bugs down. And then come up with the plan to hammer them down. And then cross reference.

For code specifically nice to have cross reference, one or the other, the other model always finds out and the other always agree that it completely missed it.

If you can afford it, keep both even if the 17$ plan on both.
 
I'm on the max 200 plan and it easily pays for itself. i wish i got more usage though. i think they are fine with multiple claude accounts as long as you dont look like you are spamming or abusing their systems.
 
I would not build a work process around multiple accounts + proxies. Even if it works for a while, it is fragile: one pattern match and you lose the setup, history, prompts, projects, and maybe the account.

If Claude is actually making you money, the safer math is usually:

1. pay for the plan that matches the workload
2. split tasks into smaller runs so the 5h window lasts longer
3. keep reusable project instructions/prompts instead of re-explaining the same context
4. use cheaper models/tools for outline, extraction, and cleanup
5. reserve the best model for final reasoning/debugging
6. cap retries so one bad loop does not burn the whole session

For coding/automation work, I would also separate "model quality" from "workflow economics." A model can be excellent and still be painful if your workflow depends on long retry loops. Better to fix the workflow than play whack-a-mole with accounts.

The good and old multiple account abuse

"Waaaah, maybe Claude will detect you and put your accounts at risk waaah"...well, this is blackhatworld, there is always this chance, I love to abuse those big techs, for years it's like that, at least you're using proxies, etc, back in the day I'd use just a shitty incognito mode or Firefox portable
 
There was a guy here selling Aws accounts. You can get one of those and set up your own server with your own free models. You won't get claude but you will get pretty close depending what you. need

What model is pretty close to claude?
 
A couple of things. First, the $17 plan does give you a lot more than the free tier, and if you're hitting limits that often, a higher tier or the API (pay as you go, no session cap) is the honest fix. With the API you only pay for what you use and there's no 5 hour wall.

On the multiple accounts idea, it's against their terms and it's easier to link than people think. It's not just the obvious footprint you mentioned. Providers tie accounts together through the payment method, the device and browser fingerprint, the IP, and the behavior, and working the same project across accounts is exactly the tell. So a farm of free accounts is fragile, and when one gets flagged the rest can go with it.

If the goal is just more Claude time without babysitting logins, a paid tier or the API will cost you less headache than juggling accounts and proxies. Keep the tool you trust and pay for the lane that fits your volume.

Just go to apiarena.dev they have resellers at less than a tenth of the retail price and they're rated for reliability.
