ragsx2riches' AI OFM Business Journey

This is gonna be my first time posting in a forum for the past 15 years of my life, last time that I touched a forum was back when I was still active and dedicated in an FPS game lol. But let's go back to the topic.

I am building in public on how this journey would look like for the next few months, so just for the background I am from a 3rd world country, was working as a Technical Product Manager / Engineering Manager but I've decided to quit because of the toxic environment. So fast forward while I was browsing the web I found AI OFM, honestly I found this AI OFM thing like 6 months ago but I didn't take any action about it because I was still busy with my day job and during those times my "morals" were still in place. But now, I've decided to give this a shot because of money, like I'm still young and I have to take advantage of it, cherish every second of my time possible and use it to make more money, if I stick to my "morals" like when can I get rich? After 20 or 30 years? Fuck I don't want to have that. I am trying this business because I would say that the risk is low, upfront capital is low, but the potential upside is limitless like instead of starting my own SaaS or another AI product that might fail that requires me to have a huge upfront cost, why not just start this type of business and maybe I can be rich with it?

So far I've already watched some videos on Youtube on how to start this hustle, I'm not a fan of buying courses just to start something. I've already planned some things ahead, I am planning to start on Instagram first as part of the funnel. Some AI OFM managers say post on Tiktok but I am opposed to that idea since Tiktok is a location based app, it will push your content to the country where you're at and I am from a 3rd world country where most people here don't have an expendable income. I did some IG marketing before and I say that IG is not a location based app, I had some US audience before like dominantly on the account that I handled. I have a spare Android smartphone for it, I believe 1 IG account = 1 device = 1 Sim Card.

I also have the model face and body ready, I'm still planning the content for the next two weeks and then listing down the IG influencers that I can take "inspiration" from based on my chosen niche. My budget for this business would be 400 USD, I'm planning to subscribe to Higgsfield maybe or just use a "pay per use" platform like WaveSpeed. I think you can just get away with GPT-2 Image generator and then use Seedream 4.5 and Kling Image Movement and Kling Motion Control on WaveSpeed for NSFW related stuff? I haven't compared the prices of Higgsfield and WaveSpeed yet when it comes to that. I am also using Grok (xAI) for research like I made some SKILL that can search the web for inspiration based on the niche that I picked and generate an AI model out of that including her background story, ethnicity, possible content, and etc. Also I am not planning to hard sell on IG, hard sell meaning to say show cleavage or boobs all the time or do implied erotic stuff on videos (e.g: humping a pillow or some shit), my theory is that story and personality sells more that raw tits and ass, if a gooner wants to view some ass or tits he could just go to the Hub, and it's also one of the reasons why influencers like Pok1m4ne earn a fuck ton of money cause back then she was more of like relatable and approachable, but yet again this is just a theory that needs to be proven by me earning money from this shit.

I have little to no idea on how to do chatting yet or do scenarios, I'll be watching some videos later on how other managers execute that and I'll craft some plan. For Fanvue, I've seen some creators do Free Trial but it's opposed to my way of doing business, like I've been a part of a SaaS business before where we have more freeloaders compared to the paid users, and it was a hellhole, much better to filter out the brokeys by setting up a paywall like 6.99 USD. Just planning to warm up the IG account up until next week maybe? Then I can start posting some stuff.

Day 2

Busy with creating a content calendar worth 2 weeks for Instagram. This includes IG Reels, IG Carousels. Pretty much setup all of the needed things (IG Account, New SIM Card, and fresh Android smartphone). Researching for content is hard as hell, even though I am just "copying" or "getting inspiration" from other accounts it's still hard and takes a lot of time due to AI generation is like a slot machine. I am using GPT-2 image generator for SFW images right now. I am gonna be experimenting with Kling Motion Control today for the IG reel that I am planning to create. Another thing that is hard is the "world building" for the model, like generating her room, her accessories, her clothes and other things that are like surface level but when you compound it, it makes a lot of difference, since my belief is that creating a "generic" AI influencer now is kinda lame and outdated, like people buy from someone they can relate to and just seeing tits from a random bimbo might get you a PPV easily, but it wont probably build a long lasting relationship with your "followers".

Still gonna work today for the next 3 to 4 hours maybe? I am just creating content right now, content calendar is just like every other day, might pivot to making two reels per day, but nothing is set in stone and it's still depends on the data that I will get once I post my initial content.

Day 3

Still generating some content like I tried to learn and use ComfyUI with Runpod 'cause I was thinking of saving some money since it's cheaper to generate IG reels with it, but fuck the output is not even close with Kling 3.0. I used a custom workflow that uses the SCAIL-2 model, it's basically a hit or miss so I threw 10 USD out of the bin. It was also hard to setup, I wont recommend that path, time is much more important and the quality of the content. Also tried using Seedance 2.0 today to generate an IG Reel that is not just a simple motion control, costs like 5 USD for 3 IG Reels (7 seconds each) at 720p quality, I am using Kie AI right now, it's a censored platform, don't attempt to use it for NSFW, use WaveSpeed if you want NSFW but their pricing per generation costs more USD in general. Today was just full of experimentations, my pace of content generation is kinda slow as hell 'cause I was learning all of these stuff while making the actual content on the fly, still doing things manually, I don't think content automation will work on my AI influencer, output's gonna be dogshit if I do that like if I generate blindly.

Day 4 to 6

Hello guys, was busy with finishing up the content for two weeks, So far all I'm done with all the Instagram content. What's left is the Fanvue content that is worth two weeks. So here's the breakdown

For IG, only mild teasing content (wearing tank tops, cleavage exposed, thighs, girly dresses). The niche of my model is cutesy, e-girl. One of my "inspirations" for my model is tinaxkitsune on IG, with a combination of other models similar to her. Tho I am opposed to the idea of posting "two piece" bikini pictures of my model, my strategy is to just capture curiosity in Instagram and not deliver the full course meal to them. This theory comes from fine dining, my idea is to just get them stimulated and seek for more. So yeah just tank tops, cutesy dresses, tank tops with bra straps, and of course with dancing videos preferably songs from Chris Brown or the same type of shit.

For Fanvue, this is where I will step up a bit, initial price is 5.99 USD like there's no concrete reason why that's the price, it's just for testing purposes now. Content in Fanvue will be paywalled behind a subscription, content type shall include slight undressing (no nipples or pussy yet) with lingerie or two bikini bikini. Also planning to have multiple photosets for sale with 10+ images inside of it, not sure what the pricing will be maybe 19.99, is this justified? My idea behind this is to have an item for sale available even though I am not online for chatting, so I can still earn some money while sleeping and it will also serve as a test for potential "whales".

Posting schedule for Fanvue and IG is just every other day. I will still test things out before doing this everyday, I've been doing content creation now manually and it's painful in the ass, I already know some parts of it that I can automate using AI but the budget prohibits me from spending more. I've already spent like 30 USD in models alone (Kling, Seedream 2.0, and WAN), I'm done with Runpod and ComfyUI, not my cup of tea, takes like 20 minutes to generate a single 15 second dancing video.

Right now, I am studying how to be an efficient chatter and making a systematized workflow out of it. I am watching videos from https://www.youtube.com/@Lachlan.Nicholsen, his content is insane, I feel like he should paywall some of his shit right here. The principles behind on what he is teaching here reflects what it feels like when you're building "sexual tension" before doing the deed and then applying it on OnlyFans.

I have no PPV sequences prepared yet, but I am starting it today, no ideas what or how but yeah I learn as I go with this, just like with the content creation a few days ago. I'll start posting on IG next week and then after two weeks I'll add my "bridge" page on the AI Influencer's highlights. I have no clue on whether I'll get views or what but fuck it, also planning to use the whole Meta ecosystem (IG, Facebook and Threads). I think Facebook will be a good source of traffic since there's a lot of old guys there.

If anyone's gonna ask if I bought a course for this, my answer is no, I just learn as I go and there's a lot of free educational content out there on Youtube anyway.
