i am running Printer tech sales ads . in 100 clicks i am getting only 2 chats, but a good conversion should be if i get 100 clicks or spend 100 usd then i should atleast get 10 chats or leads, i am running maximize clicks strategy , any sujjestions

stop focusing on maximizing clicks and test a conversion-focused bidding strategy once you have enough data. Also take a close look at your landing page or chat flow, because if people are clicking but not messaging, that's often where the biggest drop-off happens. Small improvements to your targeting and ad copy can also make a noticeable difference in lead quality.

Maximize Clicks generally produces traffic at reduced costs but no better leads. If you have any conversion statistics, try out Maximize Conversions and analyze the search terms that you have used

Maximize clicks bring trafic not always leads, check your landing page and try optimize for conversions insted.

Try maximize conversions instead, and also check your landing page because clicks don't always mean people will message.

Maximize clicks may bring cheap traffic, try improving your keywords, ad copy, landing page, and switch to a conversion-focused strategy once you have enough data.

Add more negative keywords. This can help remove people who are not looking to buy.

Likely a combination of broad keywords and max clicks strategy, it's a bad combination, especially if your negative list is not very good.

Look at the search terms, do they all make sense?

You can give max conversions a shot, but you'd probably be better long run of you lower your CPA before making the switch.

If clicks aren't converting to chats, I'd look at the landing/chat experience first before touching the campaign — sometimes it's a slow load, an extra step before the chat button, or unclear pricing that causes drop-off. Also worth testing a "maximize conversions" bidding strategy instead of maximize clicks once you've got a bit more data.

Clicks bring in a lot of window-shoppers who are just browsing out of curiosity; many of them have no real intent to purchase.
