Hey there,
New to facebook and I wanted to start facebook pages for traffic, my question is what type of warm up is required for pages and how long should It be? Thank you!

You need to prepare content and topics for consistent, ongoing posts over the coming days to warm up the account and allow Facebook to identify your page's niche.
 
Creating a Facebook page isn't difficult at all. You can create one immediately. But to maintain its activity, you need two people and a certain number of posts to be able to post regularly in the beginning. Maintain 2 to 3 posts per day to maintain interaction and share in groups to gain more followers naturally. Invite your friends to interact and follow the page. Then you can gradually share and build up your account.
 
For warming up a new page I'd reccomend at least 1-2 weeks before pushing traffic to it. Post a few times a day with normal content and photos, join some relevant groups with the page and comment genuinely, and try to get some organic likes from friends first. Pages that get a sudden burst of activity or ad spend right after creation tend to get flagged much faster than ones that build up slowly.

Agreed, trend-relevant content definately helps with reach, but I'd still pair it with the warm-up period. Jumping straight into trending posts on a brand new page with zero history can look just as unnatural to the algorithm as posting ads too early.
 
To get familiar with your new page, achieve better results, and attract more followers, I recommend posting regularly, 3 to 4 times a day, to increase engagement.
 
You need to identify the content you want to build your channel on, then post multiple articles each day about the topic you want to focus on.
 
There is no single right, you need to establish your won warm-up routine. Don't copy others patterns, as that can easily be detected. Keep the accounts active for a few days, make posts, avoid external links at first, and don't act like a bot, remember, a real person doesn't usually create an account and immediately start advertising.
 
Keep it simple. You need to warm up your page for 2 to 3 weeks to avoid getting banned or shadowbanned
 
From my experience, just treat it like a real page like fill everything out, post consistently like a normal person, and don't rush sending a ton of traffic right away.
 
For new Facebook pages, I usually avoid rushing things. Start by building normal activity first.. complete the profile, post consistently, engage with others, and let the page build some history. A few weeks of steady activity is a good starting point before pushing harder for traffic.

2-3 weeks of normal activity will suffice. After that create 1 page and each week that passes you can create 1 more page per week.
 
Much depends on the content you plan to publish. But the most important things to start with for organic growth are:
- Dont use external urls in first 1-2 weeks (If you need use DM)
- Post many reels as it possible in your niche
- Encourage users to likes and comment. This will send a strong signal to the algorithm to further progress
 
just post 3 to 5 high-quality Reels first. If your videos get people to watch till the end and comment, the algo will push your page instantly. Just make sure the content is clean, no banned keywords, and no external links in the first few days. That's all the warm up u need
 
Firstly spend more time in setting up the page by completing the profile, adding a few useful posts and post consistently for a while before expecting much traffic because you have to build trust first and it generally takes time.
 
I usually focus on consistently posting quality content and letting the site grow naturally over time. Personally, i find it is not good idea to concentrate on one fixed period
 
For traffic pages, a solid 7 to 10 days warm-up is enough to avoid automated spam restrictions. First, complete 100% of the page profile information inside Meta Business Suite and let it sit dormant for 48 hours so the system can index it. Next, start publishing native, low-risk content twice a day, specifically short vertical Reels and image carousels, which are highly favored by the current recommendation algorithm.
