why dont you focus less on the setup for now and more on making the account look like a genuine user till you feel its time to start what ever you want
I have to use some proxy and I dont have unlimited budget so that's why I came for to ask for advice, I am just looking for recommendation from more experienced members

Sup, adspower is a good start. I use same with voidmob mobile proxies and sms, each account gets genuine mobile IP and number from sim card. So far holds pretty well. There are bunch of other providers, just make sure to don't buy from burned providers. But yeah mobile proxies are go to.

Yeah, depending on some specifics, like if you'll be doing a lot of automation for example, you're really split between residential or mobile proxies. Usually residential is enough though if it's not too intensive a workload. Though, this assumes you just need the proxy and you've already sorted out your session isolation and more importantly your accounts and usge strategy.

You might do some A/B testing between high quality residential proxies and mobile, just to see if you can get away with residential... but mobile is just a safer bet.
Edit: especially since you said you're aiming for having a few accounts and keeping them for a while. Those get valuable and residential proxies are riskier, especially with Reddit always changing.
