Hey, so there's someone on telegram who's directing the marketing proposal people who message him to me. I have screenshots of him doing it 4 times, but he has done it like 15 times. He tells them I'm part of his team and to send all marketing proposals to me. Wondering how I can report this user effectively in a way where telegram will listen.
 
Advertise on BHW
Report him in app for impersonation with screenshots, and email [email protected] with his username and examples. There’s a real chance nothing happens unless it’s large scale fraud.
 
Ugh, that’s frustrating and yeah, that is a misuse of your identity / impersonation-adjacent behavior

Reporting from Single account won't work, Lure that person for sending promotional/spam message to your different telegram account, after that report that person from those account .

For this reason I always follow "Never DM first" policy for telegram,

couple of spam report and your account will be frozen.

Speak to TGs support to handle this problem because he is clearly impersonating you.
