Anyway to remove something like this? Showing up in Google result now. Obviously getting off probation is the solution, our doc here got tied up with some nonsense with another provider, so license has this status until 2030. Having it blasted on the realself Title tag sucks, showing up in local results.

If RealSelf has it in the actual title tag, Google is just repeating what they’re feeding it. You can try getting RealSelf to change the profile title wording, usually through support/business rep, but if the license status is public record they may not budge.

Next best play is suppression, not removal. Tighten up the GBP, site title, doctor bio pages, Healthgrades/WebMD/Vitals, socials, PR stuff, etc so RealSelf isn’t the first “doctor name + city” thing Google wants to show. Also check if the page has old cached title after they update anything, sometimes it hangs around for weeks unless you push recrawl.

RealSelf is annoying because Google trusts those profile pages way more than they should. I’d first try the boring route and ask RS to change only the title tag/profile heading, not remove the status. Frame it as “inaccurate branding / misleading SERP title” instead of “hide probation”, because the second one gets you nowhere.

If they won’t touch it, then yeah @XSMMDoctor is right, it’s a suppression job. Build a clean exact-name SERP around the doc: main bio page with proper title, GBP, LinkedIn, Healthgrades, WebMD, Vitals, Doximity, clinic location page, a couple local PR/association pages. Also make sure all those pages use the same doctor name + city wording so Google has better title options than RealSelf.

Wouldn’t waste time with removals unless the info is actually false. Fake legal/DMCA stuff can make it worse if someone at RS decides to look closer.
