A lot of SEO discussions focus only on wins but the biggest lessons often come from things that did not work. Have you ever tested a strategy, domain or approach that looked promising but completely failed?
What went wrong and what did you change after that?
Interested in hearing real experiences rather than just success stories.

"Do not make SEO for Bing in affiliate niche". Never.
 
I once focused too much on chasing quick wins instead of building a solid foundation. It worked for a while, but the results didn't last. Now I test everything before scaling it.
 
My biggest mistake was making too many changes at once. When rankings dropped, I had no idea what caused it. Now I test one thing at a time.
