imo, start using phones with 4g sim cards and staying away from buying proxies.

they can recognize the pattern, and they can easily link your account to other people (more people= easier to get caught) who bought the same proxy only from the IP.
they're using ai and getting smarter with it to catch patterns so focus on your behaviour more
