The best strategy to get from page 3-10 is to spoof social referral traffic. Once you hit page 1-2 add branded + keyword searches. Once you hit page 1 add in your keyword searches. And once you hit top 3 use a system like push/pull to pogostick the websites above you and send negative traffic signals like high bounce rate (5-25 second visits) before clicking and going to your website and spending 5-10 minutes clicking around on your inner pages.

This one I had to outrank a reddit thread. And the only way I was able to do it was with pogosticking the reddit thread.View attachment 509410

Another thing to be aware of. If it doesn't show up in Google analytics that means it's not working.

Great initiative with this AMA! CTR manipulation is definitely one of those grey-hat areas where everyone has a different approach. I have a quick question regarding the longevity of the results: In your experience, have you noticed if the ranking boosts achieved through CTR manipulation tend to stick long-term once you scale back or stop the campaign, or does the site usually drop back down to its baseline if organic searchers don't maintain that same volume?
