@surjosun if you actually have millions of hits and its mixed geo just throw a smartlink on it first to see where the cash is. crakrevenue is okay for dating and cams but lospollos or monetizer might be easier if you just want to dump traffic and see what converts. once you know which geos are actually buying then you can start split testing direct offers. otherwise you waste too much time trying to set up individual campaigns for every country.
 
First, check which countries the traffic is coming from and understand user behavior. Different GEOs may perform better with different offers.
