Be careful when buying aged reddit accounts with karma

Most of the time, these reddit accounts gain karma from posting random shit, most likely self farming, or even posting crazy things such as the same gay nsfw picture over and over in a particular subreddit. Yes this is very specific.
Thankfully I did not have the displeasure of buying that account with 10k karma (I found it in one of the seller's unsecured wordpress uploads directory), which they were selling for $119.
I mean, an account with that kind of posting history is essentially useless if you want to do anything legitimate with it.

I agree. Aged accounts with natural activity tend to be way more valuable than accounts with big karma numbers that were built through spam or karma farming, you know. If an account shows a questionable posting history, it can damage credibility and even raise the chances of restrictions, somehow. Growing your own profile takes longer, but it is usually the safer and more dependable road.
