Hi, everyone, I created a Twitter account for adult content.
Actually, I use content from an OnlyFans model, though I also share other types of content, of course. I don’t post in her language—I post in my own language.
I want to grow this account and take on different projects.
My account has a blue checkmark, but even accounts without a blue checkmark are getting more engagement than I am. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure this out. :)

Example:
Redirect users to a Telegram group, share the content as "Featured," and earn a little money.
Maybe I could make money by growing the account and directing traffic to different sites, but the important thing is to grow that account.

nice start, just focus on posting consistent high quality stuff and good luck
Thank you, but when I look at the other accounts, it seems like they're doing something.
The moment they post something, their RT accounts instantly generate engagement with that post, and it gains comments, likes, and followers.

Those accounts you see making much advances could either be running their own multiple accounts to perform those actions or belong to a certain rt group of NSFW accounts, your goals can be achieved with a single account if you share on the page the premium contents of the model, men will forward DMs hoping that you're the model, then redirect to the channel and ask money for additional requests, many of them have preferences, capitalize on it.

Yeah, buddy, I noticed that :D
I followed the followers of the people I interacted with, and they followed me back. I managed to gain 200 followers in about two days. I’m not sure if that’s enough :)
I can't find any NSFW groups :)
I shared a few photos, and everyone started messaging me via DM. I directed most of them to the Telegram group.
There are currently 30 people in the group; unfortunately, that's not very many :(
I shared an image on Telegram and listed it for sale for 100 stars—one person bought it :D

Adult niche is tricky enough on it's own. The checkmark is a pretty good way to help with visibility for sure, but you still need to make some adjustments to your approach.
Particularly if you're mostly reposting others' content, that's a tough position to leverage growth from considering how saturated it is. You need to make yours distinct enough that the algo gives a damn about it or it'll be lost in a deluge of accounts doing the same thing.
Consistent engagement helps, joining community trends, etc.

You should focus on posting good content consistently. Reply to bigger accounts, post every day, and don't worry too much about the blue check. Good content matters more.

Stay in the niche, groups won't do much, unless you want to participate in rt groups, the follower count is no barrier to building your telegram group, be consistent and more people will join the TG group.

Actually, I publish the content of my OnlyFans model in my own country :) vCan you believe it? People actually believe it, and engagement is really good at the moment. I’ve attached a screenshot of the statistics below for you;

Yes, I’m always leaving comments with photos under good posts, and by writing just a few words, I’m getting a great response.

Do you think I should join any RT groups? I have absolutely no idea how to find these :(

Oh, those are pretty solid numbers for a week. Got something going for sure.
Point still sort of stands though. If you're getting these numbers by reposting content, then you've clearly found something that clicks with your audience. It's gonna be tricky to leverage off of that if the audience is more attached to the content itself than the account reposting it. Again, that's on the assumption you eventually want to branch into other projects while using the momentum and traction you're already getting.

No, Twitter Algorithm is sensitive about rt groups, go on with the strategy you're at, and stick with the quality or premium contents you share to get more DMs redirected to your Telegram.

Yes, I attracted people to my profile by sharing content and constantly engaging with them through comments and interesting posts :)
But someone once told me this: your profile is set to ‘hidden’ on the Explore page or the home page.
It really does seem as though people sometimes don’t see what I post. Various accounts are featured directly on the homepage and are getting loads of likes and comments, but unfortunately that’s not happening for me.

Yes, that’s what I do – I just share good content and direct people to Telegram. But I think the account’s ‘Explore’ feature is disabled, and that’s a bit of a problem

30 people from 200 followers in 2 days are a great result in my opinion. You also made a little bit of money with stars so that's great!

The number of Telegram members has reached 73. But unfortunately, they aren’t buying the footage :D
I need to find a solution to this :)

The current statistics are as follows:

Mate, I’ve just checked, and one of my images, priced at 50 stars, has been sold, and three gifts have been sent to the channel.
I’m absolutely over the moon right now, mate :D

From what I've seen, the blue check doesn't automatically lead to more engagement.
The accounts that grow the fastest usually post consistently and give people a reason to come back, rather than relying on the badge. I'd focus more on testing different content styles and posting times to see what your audience responds to.

Smaller accounts win because they engage heavily in the comment sections of giant, established viral pages. Stop waiting for people to find your profile and start dropping witty, relevant replies under top niche accounts every single day.

The algorithm heavily cuts the reach of adult accounts that reuse old videos from other models. To get massive views, you must upload clean, unique clips and write your own engaging captions.
