IG Warm Up

To me it is still worth the while to warm up an account a little from what I have seen. Getting many follows orr likes on a new account feels much risskier now. I like to let the account act like a normal user, then slowly increase activity, rather than doing everything on day one.

Same. I can get 100 follows on day 1(if it doesnt ban it on day 1), and if the account stays even if i leave it with 100 followers without any new action, still gets destroyed with verifications on day 2-3..
It must be the warm up, thanks brother.

i do, but its with the same result that you would be getting from cloud phone.
From 10 accounts on ios 1-2 might work without warming up, others will get the check after 30-40 followers or immediately after you start doing actions on the account.
While with warmup, both ios and clouds work okay.

Yeah warmup is still pretty much mandatory in 2026 if you're doing any real volume of actions. Even on real iPhones most new accounts get flagged or banned once you start scaling follows and likes without warming them up first. The ones that survive day one usually get hit with verifications on day two or three if you went too hard too fast. What works for us is acting like a normal user for the first 4-5 days with just scrolling, watching reels and light likes then slowly ramping up activity over the next week using real mobile data or good residential proxies. Both cloud phones and real iPhones do way better with proper warmup than without it.

Yes you need to warm up your accounts for 2-3 weeks before even considering following other people.

It is needed, but not just waiting. It is making the account look normal during those days. If the first real actions are liking/following in volume, IG may flag it even after 10 days. I’d start with normal usage first: browse, watch reels, complete profile, post a little, maybe interact lightly with relevant pages.
If accounts die without warmup, also check the source of the accounts, device/IP consistency, and whether the actions are too similar across accounts.

my personal account have 0 views when posting while Im commenting, like, my comments got likes by autors and users, im scrolling hours. Also my personal account is aged and Im posting from 16pm.
But when I use some accounts without warm up - I have views. So "warn up" specific actions and if it does not work good at first - need to change account

From what I've seen, yes. A short warmup has given me much better account survival than jumping straight into follows and engagement. It feels like Instagram is much stricter with fresh accounts now than it used to be.

Mass actions get banned far easier nowadays - even physical phone set-ups are struggling with this.
