I paid someone to create a bot for my site which they did and it turned out pretty good. Problem is, Fiverr says they are no longer available and I have after questions. I don't know what they did since no bot was created using lex but, bedrock and agentcore have been set up as well as the code working with my knowledgebase. So, they found some way to use AWS and set up a bot on my site with only a little problem, I need to edit the knowledgebase files because it doesn't read special characters too well like, degrees. They said I can edit that, upload the new files and re-sync them I'm just a little worried that I might screw it up. As well as that, I'd like it to pool from other sources other than my knowledgebase if there's no answer. That and, how do I edit an html doc with two <head>'s. I want to add more at some point like, affiliate links for AI ready devices or, something like that. Other than that, it works pretty good I just wish I knew what service did they use if they didn't use lex.

It will.be good you find them and they resolve quickly
As we don't even know if there are extra dependency within the programme
Getting another programmer could lead to waste of valuable time
Else, another one to rewrite the code all over again
