need help setting stripe up for my store and they require proof of shipping

I setup stripe last year, and had 1 order on my shopify store, but I didn't submit anything because it was one order and it was just a test in early 2025. what am I supposed to submit to pass this check??

Hey, good question, let me explain it simply.
That Stripe message is just asking for proof of activity.

What Stripe is asking for here is basically proof that your business is real and operational. Since you only did a test order before, you just need to give them simple, clean evidence nothing complicated.

Whats the exact wording of the check youre getting? Stripe has like 3 different versions of that request and they want different things depending on which one triggered.

If its the generic "provide evidence of business activity" one, a test order from early 2025 wont really cut it since they usually want recent stuff. What you can send is your shopify store url, a product listing or two, and if you have any invoices or order confirmations even from that one order. Screenshot the order in your shopify admin showing the date/amount.

If youre not actually processing real orders yet thats gonna be the harder part... they sometimes want proof of fulfillment too. @ecomsol are you trying to reactivate the account to start selling for real now, or just clear the flag?
