Usually people here are asking for advices how to start a business with $ 1-20k, but let's talk about larger amounts like $100-200k (possibly this is not even large for today's standards).

What if you are already having 2-3 real estates, some savings in cash, some savings in gold, but wants to get rid of 9-5 office and salary lifestyle and establish a business model that can bring you 15-20k pre month (good software developer salary in California) and become independant.

In what you would invest today?

As explanation:
topic is not scam if it looks weird why someone who already earned 2-3 apartments, car, 100-200k extra etc is looking for advice here.
For years I was in digital sales niche that now died but that brought 2-3mil of net worth. Beside that I am having corporate IT job on managerial level.

Anyway, getting close to my 40s and leaving on East where lifestyle is cheap I figured out I don't need to make more millions to live my life happy but just a freedom and a system that operates for me and brings me 15-20k per month. And I am more into something fully legal and long term at this age, not in things like OF, Porn, Gambling, etc.

With that kind of budget, you shouldn't put it all into a single high-risk online scheme. Since your goal is to hit $15k-20k/month and fully replace a 9-5 lifestyle, the smartest move is to acquire an existing, cash-flowing SaaS or a content-based web business through platforms like Flippa or Empire Flippers.

Buying an already validated software product (SaaS) that makes, say, $3k-5k/month, and then investing the rest of your budget into proper marketing, SEO, and scaling the tech side is much safer than building something from scratch. It gives you immediate cash flow and a solid foundation to scale.
how reliable is Flippa, I was always curious why people are selling something that works. I am just trying to avoid buying a business, and then having ex-owner creating same business and potentially targeting mine (his ex) custmers.

Look in

Look in telecommunications. Not everything has to be digital either. Can be both or only physical. But, honestly. That's more money then you think. You give me that money. I am spinning it into 10x more easily. And iam not even bragging (I know it sounds like that). Its because i know of certain sectors whereby people for some reasons don't want to or cant. Due to heavy, heavy legislation. And they are already having their hands full.

It always boggles my mind when people have vast sums of money. Or more then enough. And dont know what to do with it hahaha. Nice problem to have, I must admit.

I would say stocks are your best bet.

I'd choose the Crypto niche but I'm not talking about gambling your money, I'm talking about building a crypto project

I will put into 2 places i will buy a house with some money down and crypto and maybe if you have an interest for a business put in there . So will put those money in 2-3 places

Hotdogs cart, lot's of them...

Kind of a joke, but i would invest on anything outside of internet.

OF, Casino, IPTV...any of those gray hat niches are very profitable

they are but iptv can easily put me in jail and I can lose all I got through the life :), it is great business but for someone who has 1-2k to invest and nothing to lose,

already bought 3 apartments, 1 for myself, 1 for rent as passive income and capital saving, 1 on a seaside for vacation. instead of crypto i put something in gold.

now i need something that brings me income that i can spend as daily expenses :)

Go in China , purchase different stock of trending products WITH YOUR BRAND , open a shopify site , invest in ads and content , start sell at margin 100% - 150% - 200% with fast delivery .

Where do you live? If I were you I'd start a wine shop. It looks boring but it's steady income. People never stop drinking no matter the occasion.

Once you have stable capital and contingency plans in place, a solid option for generating income is to set up a shop featuring four quality products, hire someone to run the business, and collect monthly earnings; it is a fairly stable approach you simply need to select the right location and products.

having such revenue needs decision about selling product which are most use in base environments to overview on online request from other location users with ads promotion using social and ads agency accounts.
Cosmetic/cream product are selling with perfume in every location which such pronounce revenue can invest with for good profit.

Casino. All those risky niches/industries can bring tons of money if you're thinking with your head/smart.

isn't regulation for casino hard in term that you need insurance and capital of couple of millions?

Flippa is mostly a minefield tbh. lot of the stuff on there is pumped and dumped using temporary SEO tricks or fake traffic. If you have 100-200k like @vgahdmi123 you should look at better brokers like Empire Flippers or Quiet Light. they actually vet the financials.

As for why people sell... most of the time they just got bored or reached their skill limit. A dev can build a SaaS to 5k a month but has no idea how to do marketing to get it to 20k. So they sell, take the lump sum, and start something new. You protect yourself with a non-compete contract anyway.

With your IT background, buying an existing small SaaS that has some traction but terrible marketing is probably the play here. You can use your tech skills to optimize it and hire a growth agency to scale it. Much easier than starting from scratch.

Start or buy/grow a business in the industry you are expert at. Don't try to start on an industry you have little or no knowledge on how things run, unless you want to throw never-to-be-seen-again money.

Check your competiton, scale and rake in those $$$

Sometimes money comes by luck, or holding some crypto/stocks, or sudden windfalls. Not all money comes from effort
