9proxy is coming back and Currently, I am buying residential proxy at $1 per GB from a platform. is there any platform provides more cheap?

Where did you get the news that 9proxy is coming back?

For minimal use, shared proxies doesn't even matter
 
A price of $1 per GB is not considered very low, as many providers offer more cost-effective options.
 
Honestly, $1/GB is already a solid price. You might find something a bit cheaper if you're buying a lot, but once it gets too cheap, the quality usually drops.
